Welcome to the Central Northern District Bowling Association

Bowls Australia is the controlling body for Australia.

The Royal NSW Bowling Association is the controlling body for NSW - NSW is divided up into 16 zones.

The zone that our district is located in is Zone 3.

Zone 3 is divided up into 5 districts. Our district is the Central Northern District Bowling Association.

Our district association is responsible for the promotion and administration of the sport of lawn bowls within the district under the control and direction of Zone 3 and the Royal NSW Bowling Association. Responsibilities include selecting teams and arranging representative matches, administration of pennants, administration of association events, publicity reports to members, administration of umpires and coaches and also junior events and administration within the district.

The 12 bowling clubs within the district are:
Barraba, Kootingal, Manilla, Oxley, Nundle, Tamworth City, North Tamworth, South Tamworth, West Tamworth, Quirindi, Willow Tree & Werris Creek.
